Fitbit – Automatically tracks your Fitness & Sleep
The Fitbit gadget comes with great and useful features and tracks your sleep quality, calories burned, and steps taken.
The base station manages the synchronization of the Fitbit data and charges it. The data collected is transmitted wirelessly. Once you are in range the data is transmitted every 15 minutes. This only works with the Pedometer data but not with the food diary.
You can wear your Fitbit on your waist, on your undergarments, or simply have it in , in your pocket. At night you can clip the Fitbit to the wristband included in order to track your sleep.
Fitbit is a great gadget bringing many benefits to you.
